During this project, I collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to redesign Shopify’s package delivery logistics. Leveraging user-centered design principles, we addressed pain points in e-commerce delivery systems through user testing at Flux UX Design Club’s User Test Fest.
My role involved designing a theft-risk checkout process, a reimagined Fortify app for secure package pick-ups, and a secure drive-through prototype to enhance safety and convenience.

By the completion of this project, we delivered the Fortify System, which addressed package theft, potentially saving retailers millions annually and boosting consumer confidence in online purchases.
The system was recognized for its potential to revolutionize delivery security and earned the Indigo Awards 2023 Student Winner for its innovative approach.
